Management Services
Rent a vacant property.
Have prospective tenants complete a detailed rental application.
Verify the information on the application.
Place the tenants' security deposit in an escrow account according to
Florida Law.
Collect the rents.
Oversee all maintenance and repairs.
Send an operating statement each month clearly showing all the income
and expenses (with receipts) together with a check for the net income.
Cost
The management fee is normally 10% of the income collected. And that
is all! There are no extra charges for such things as overseeing repairs
or renting a vacant unit.

Though we specialize in property management, we offer our clients
complete real estate services. So if an owner wishes to sell a property,
we can handle the marketing and sales. And if the person wants to
invest in an additonal property, we can help locate properties that meet
